George E. Counts is a partner in the firm of Counts & Huger, LLC. Mr. Counts is engaged in the general practice of law including Automobile Accidents, Personal injury, Probate, Estate planning (Wills, Trusts, and Advance Directives), Domestic Relations (Divorce, visitation, and support), Real Estate (Transfers and Quiet Title actions), Business (Incorporations), and Wrongful Death cases. Mr. Counts has served as a Guardian ad Litem in Domestic cases. Additionally, Mr. Counts has served as Guardian Ad Litem in Real Estate and Real Estate Condemnation cases.

Mr. Counts has over thirty years’ experience in civil and criminal matters. Mr. Counts has filed appeals to and argued in South Carolina highest Courts.

Mr. Counts has taught college as an adjunct professor at various institutions of higher learning in the areas of Business law, Employment law, Business ethics, and Labor Relations law. Mr. Counts is currently an adjunct professor with Webster University where he lectures in the area of Business ethics.
